Collect Positive Reviews

To personalise your landing page click the ‘settings’ button in the top right corner of your dashboard screen and select the ‘personalise requests’ option. From here you’ll be able to personalise your URL, link preview title and landing page home page for both desktop and mobile.

To start collecting reviews click the “Get Reviews” option in the left-hand menu of your dashboard. From here you’ll be able to send personalised requests by Email, WhatsApp, SMS & QR codes. Please note that you can also import data to send bulk review requests out to your customers.

You can collect an unlimited amount of reviews each month. If/when you have exhausted the review request limits from your dashboard, you can simply send the link to your review page directly to them outside of your dashboard.

Integrating a review platform is extremely simple and should take less than a minute. Click the ‘settings’ button in the top right corner of your dashboard screen and select the ‘integrations’ option. From here you’ll be able to see all our integrations with a button to proceed with an integration.

The only limits you have are with the number of review requests you can send directly from your dashboard each month. Your limits are 1,000 email, 100 SMS, and unlimited WhatsApp review requests each month.

We offer a free widget that enables you to display reviews on your website. Simply go to the “Website Widgets” screen, select the type of widget you want (carousel, feed, video, pop-up or badge), then copy the script and embed it on your website.
